- Corrective Maintenance of systems and equipment: Restoration of systems/equipment that fail or present operational deficiencies, or that are not performing their intended or designated function. This also includes failure cause analysis, the correction of which represents a gain in experience with the objective of improving the preventive maintenance plan.
- Extraordinary Services: Scheduled maintenance or assistance actions for specific areas or equipment that do not fall within the ordinary or pre-programmed service, but that may be requested by the Client.
- Emergency On-Call Service (24/7): Immediate response service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for emergency technical assistance. Emergency on-call staff are familiar with the facilities and systems covered by the contract, enabling them to carry out the necessary procedures to resolve any malfunction.

The Technical Systems Inspection Technician (TIS) is responsible for carrying out inspections of technical systems, in accordance with Article 15 of Decree-Law No. 101-D/2020, of 7 December.
PQ Service
The Qualified Expert (PQ) is the technician responsible for conducting the energy assessment of buildings and issuing the corresponding Energy Performance Certificate.
