Description
upK, a company specialized in Maintenance Management, is looking for an Electrician to join a resident maintenance team, responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance at a shopping center located in the Amadora area (Lisbon).

Main Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance actions on equipment, according to the maintenance plan;
• Carry out corrective maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities;
• Propose technical improvements based on the interventions carried out.

Requirements

• Official electrician license (preferred);
• Ability to analyze and diagnose faults;
• Experience in repairing HVAC equipment and installations.
